The generous BMP family serves beyond the clinic. Participants find opportunities to help by serving at a local food bank, by distributing dresses, solar lanterns, goodie bags for kids, and first-aid kits for schools.

A participant favorite is the Beans and Rice Project. Donations are collected, produce, rice and beans are purchased and packaged at a local market, and distributed to those most in need on the island.

Participants have supported other efforts such as housing projects, transportation needs, and local schools with computers, classroom desks, and lunch programs.

During COVID-19, the BMP family supported 80 families with food and shelter as well as other support through lunch programs and support for local businesses.
